The End of Print (Redux)
David Carson's book of the same name heralded the end of print as a defacto statement. The rise of technology gave way to print-media being accessible almost all of the time via the internet, mobile devices, etc.
The end of PC World's print publication, is an interesting step in that direction. The magazine, which has a long history in print, will no longer be available in that format.
Honestly, I'm surprised newspapers exist anymore. By the time any edition would hit my doorstop, I could've covered all of those stories via the internet. Either publishers need to re-invent print or give it up altogether.
