Brings a Tear to My Eye

This vid brings a tear to my eye. To see the high quality effort of the Macromedia team to push the envelope on Flash 8 is pretty amazing. The greatest thing, in their favor, is working with their clients and the end-users in determining the best course of action for their products. That's key.

All along, as a Macromedia user, I've never felt as close to a company who's product I use daily. Their user groups, forums, seminars, OnDemand, and everything else they do to reach their clients and teach them about their products is phenomenal. I hope that that essence of the company is not lost when they move to Adobe. I visit the Macromedia sight daily. The Adobe site, rarely, if ever.
